Metabolic Neglect

Metabolic Neglect is a personal case study in how profit-driven medicine failed a generation’s health. It traces one life from birth through decades of psychiatric polypharmacy and the organ and metabolic damage that followed. Each problem was treated in isolation, never as a systemic failure, until stabilization finally came from two of the oldest, cheapest medicines in existence: colchicine and allopurinol. I designed the experience as a scrolling timeline that moves from the medication cascade to the system design behind it, where symptom management pays and prevention doesn’t. This project reflects my commitment to building tools that restore agency and health literacy for people who have been overlooked by traditional healthcare systems.

PMIA Explorer

PMIA Explorer is an interactive model of the Purinergic-Mitochondrial-Inflammatory Axis, a framework drawn from published research that I’ve spent about two years researching and articulating. It shows how elevated uric acid from dysfunctional purine metabolism drives a cascade of modern disease through four mechanisms: nitric oxide suppression, oxidative stress, the NLRP3 inflammasome, and mitochondrial dysfunction. It then maps the metabolic, cardiovascular, neurological, and psychiatric conditions linked to the axis. I designed the experience to make this complex axis legible to ordinary people—not by dumbing it down, but by structuring it clearly. This project reflects my commitment to exposing the biological mechanisms that mainstream healthcare often overlooks, and to giving individuals a scientific vocabulary for what they’ve lived but were never given language for.

Allopurinol Guide

Allopurinol Guide is a patient advocacy resource for people seeking allopurinol, including those without a gout diagnosis. It walks through the drug’s approved uses beyond gout, the safety risks a physician must weigh, including rare but serious hypersensitivity reactions, and the clinical evidence. It also lays out the practical path to access through insurance, from off-label prescribing to formulary exceptions. I built the experience to feel supportive and trustworthy, bridging the gap between clinical information and real-world understanding. It’s a strong example of my ability to create digital health tools that prioritize clarity, safety, and user confidence.

Economic Injustice

Economic Injustice is a tiered visualization of global wealth and power. It maps humanity’s 8 billion people into 12 tiers, from The Pinnacle, roughly 500 people controlling key levers of global finance and policy, down through the global working class and the global poor to the destitute, the displaced, and the enslaved. It also gives Indigenous and parallel societies a tier of their own, as peoples whose economies operate partly or wholly outside dominant capitalist structures. I designed the platform to help users see the architecture of inequity clearly, revealing how individual outcomes are often the result of structural design rather than personal failure. This piece highlights my ability to build digital experiences that illuminate complex social systems with precision and empathy.

End, Emerge

End, Emerge is a two-part poetic journey through the collapse and renewal of a society. Native End confronts “the most irrational, insane society that ever came about,” one that measured everything except what mattered and monetized even its grief. Re-Emergence answers with an invitation to build gardens instead of towers, moments instead of monuments, together instead of alone. I built the interface to feel gentle and spacious, offering a sense of grounding during periods of uncertainty. It demonstrates my capacity to design digital environments that support emotional resilience and renewal.

Extended Serenity Prayer

Extended Serenity Prayer presents Reinhold Niebuhr’s full Serenity Prayer. That means not just the familiar opening lines, but the lesser-known extended text about living one day at a time, accepting hardship as the pathway to peace, and surrendering to God’s will. Users can move between the short and full versions, or reflect on the prayer line by line, where each phrase opens a short meditation on serenity, acceptance, courage, and wisdom. I designed the experience to feel contemplative and grounding, using clean typography and quiet pacing to create a sense of inner stillness. This piece reflects my ability to translate spiritual insight into a digital form that feels accessible, inclusive, and deeply human.

Jesus' Sermon

Jesus’ Sermon presents the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7). It covers the Beatitudes; the core teachings of salt and light, loving your enemies, not judging, “ask, seek, knock,” and the Golden Rule; and the Lord’s Prayer. The project emphasizes compassion, justice, humility, and care for the vulnerable, letting Jesus’ own words carry their full weight for contemporary readers. I built the platform to feel open and welcoming, allowing users to engage with the material at their own pace. It showcases my ability to handle spiritual content with respect, clarity, and architectural restraint.

Moral Reckoning

Moral Reckoning makes a direct argument: you don’t need a conspiracy, because the system itself is one. When approximately 40,000 visible, identifiable people own half of the world’s assets, and incentives across healthcare, patents, politics, and culture all point the same way, the outcomes speak for themselves. The project names that outcome plainly, as a moral failure of civilization. I built the platform to help users confront this reality without collapsing into fatalism or denial—to see how moral responsibility distributes across individuals, institutions, and inherited structures. The experience is intentionally direct: a clear, unflinching look at how we participate in systems that harm others, and how we might begin to repair what those systems have normalized.

Revelation's Hope

Revelation’s Hope reframes the Book of Revelation as a message of hope rather than destruction: evil systems look unbeatable, and then they fall. The project traces how the Lamb wins not by becoming another beast but by staying the Lamb, and why faithful resistance under empire is sacred. It shows how the book ends not in annihilation but in a renewed creation: a new heaven and a new earth. I built the experience with a calm, reflective interface that contrasts with the intensity of the source material, to help users move beyond fear-based interpretations and toward a more hopeful, constructive understanding. It highlights my ability to reinterpret ancient narratives through a modern, psychologically grounded lens.
